Just finished the Spam Musubi Prater's Pie. This was my favorite praters that's I have had thus far. So much umami flavor packed in each bite. Spam was perfect crisp and the sauce was delightful. I want this every year on my birthday.

We had the most amazing time today at Wood Paddle! The service was above and beyond, made it the most fun experience for my son. Thank you for making our afternoon so special, it was truly such a wonderful time. the Philly was fantastic and roasted chicken I added on to the Caprese salad was so delicious!
